At Sentes Jewelry, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase; if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn pieces in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original gift box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
